Does Vortex ship throughout the United States?

Yes. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

How quickly will my order leave?

Most orders need approximately 1–2 business days for processing after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, standard carrier transit generally takes around 4–6 business days.

This is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Where can I find my tracking information?

When tracking is available, shipment information will normally be sent to the email address associated with your order.

A tracking number may not show movement immediately after shipment. Carrier scans can take some time to appear.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take photographs of the shipping package and the product before discarding the packaging, then contact us with your order number.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Send your order number and, if possible, a photograph of the product you received. We'll compare it with your order information and assist you.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Can outdoor clothing be returned?
